Lenzlinger Architecture is a full-service architecture and design firm.

With more than two decades working in and around New York City, I have been helping clients create the homes that work best for them.

Sometimes, smaller is better

I’ve been known to talk clients into reducing the scope of the job. Even though most clients start out saying they need “more space,” quite often it’s more about how efficiently the space is being used, how well storage is maximized and circulation minimized. We start by figuring out your needs and work out priorities as we look at different options.

Swiss efficiency meets American empathy

It brings me great joy to design a home that, most of all, works well. For you. I want to know that you have a place to put your keys when you walk in the door; I want to help you keep things neat but not “slick,” and leave room for the small messes of life. But, as much as my job is to design something beautiful and practical, it is also to help my clients find common ground in terms of tastes, programmatic needs, and priorities.
