WHAT: Spec Renovation of a South Park Slope Townhouse

CHALLENGE: Designing a residence for an unknown, “generic” end user. Getting as much light into the center of the space.

STRATEGY: Keeping the palette fresh but neutral, modern and simple. A metal stair with open risers admits light into the center a large window wall in the rear opens the small house up to the garden.
